Blue Ridge located in the heart of Hinjewadi is a township project by prominent Pune developers Paranjape Schemes Limited. The first labour training program by Kushal was launched here on April 15, 2011. The training program launched here by Mr. Shashank Paranjape and the Credai Pune Metro committee got a fantastic response. The first training programs in painting and masonry are in progress and are receiving a strong positive feedback from the trainees. In a short span trainees claim to have learnt strong skill sets that have helped them perform better and produce more output.

On July 11, 2011 Mr. Dilip Chenoy (MD & CEO of NSDC) launched training program at two more prominent sites in Pune city. Training programs in multiples trades will help upgrade skills of workers at the these sites over the next 2-3 months.
