The nature of the construction industry is such that the demand for labour is soaring, but lack of vocational training has kept labourers from learning skills required to progress at work and ensuring a better livelihood. A new labourer, for example will take between 1-3 years to learn basic masonry. In this process his wages remain low, lack of training guidance keeps him from progressing also thwarting his aspirations in the process. Low wages, lack of skill-sets and absence of a defined career path have kept the morale of the labourers low in this industry.

Through Kushal we will bridge the knowledge gap. In a short span of time we will equip and empower the labourer with skills that will help him work better and progress faster. Certification by an accredited agency will give him an identity and help him command wages worthy of his skills
